Q.I have an insurance estimate but it doesn't look like they saw all of the damage, what do I do?

A.That is no problem. It happens a lot. Just take it to your repair shop and they will file for a supplement and handle everything for you.

Q.I have a deductible, what is that?

A.Your deductible is the amount you must pay before the insurance company starts paying. For example, if the total estimate is $2,500 and you have a $500 deductible, you pay $500 and the insurance company pays the balance.

Q.My insurance company says the repairs will take longer if I take it to your shop, is that true?

A.No, the repairs will not take longer. It takes the same amount of time. As soon as we get your clearance to start repairs we will get on it right away. It may actually be shorter if we repair them!

Q.My insurance company says that if I take my car to your shop it will cost more and I will have to pay the difference, is that true?

A.No, that is not true. The labor rates are all the same. There will be no dispute over this and you the customer will not be charged any extra. That is between the body shop and the insurance company.

Q.My insurance company says that the work is not guaranteed if I take it to your shop, is that true?

A.No, that is not true at all. We guarantee all of our repairs as long as you own the vehicle

Q.The insurance company wants me to take my vehicle to their body shop, what should I do?

A.You as the vehicle owner have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company may tell you otherwise but it is your right to take it anywhere you want.

Q.Can you match my vehicle's paint color?

A.Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. We have made a major investment in the finest paint system available and constantly upgrades its technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle’s paint matches

Q.What forms of payment do you accept?

A.We accept cash or checks. Sorry we do not accept any credit cards.

Q.How can I get a rental car?

A.If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy.

Q.Is there a warranty on the repairs?

A.Yes, we guarantee our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If you have any problems just bring the car back to us and we will take care of them with no cost to you.
